VOTER ID NEW APPLICATION FORM-6

New Applications inviting for the enrollment Voter Identification card.All the people who are attaining 18 years by 01.01.2014 for the 2014 elections.Detailed procedure is given below for the new enrollment.

STEP-1

Open the site for the enrollment ceoandhra.nic.in.

STEP-2

Click on the tab E-Registration,you will get the drop down menu.In that select the Form-6 which is dedicated for the new enrollment application.

STEP-3

Once you get the form E-Registration Form -6 enter the your personal details in the given columns.

The details which is mandatory for the application form.

• district
• Assembly Constituency 
• Pass port size photo which is scanned under the dimensions and size  as per the requirement.
• Applicant Name and surname
• Date of Birth
• Age as on 1.01.2014
• Gender
• Place of Birth like Village,Mandal, District
• Fathers/Mothers/Husbands Surname 
• Place of Residence please fill the full address like D.R No,Village,Taluka,District.
• Details of parents or the owner if they already enrolled in the voter id.
• Final declaration to submit the application form.

To Change your name in the Voter ID please fill the form -7 and fill the form -8 to change the card details.

After submitting the details it will take time to get the Voter Identification card where the verification procedure  is to be complete.You can search the your card status in the search field with you name.
