Age Limit:
Post No.1, 15: Not exceeding 37 years .
Post No.2 to 6, 10, 11, 14: Not exceeding 32 years.
Post No.7, 8: Between 18 to 27 years.
Post No.9: Not exceeding 27 years.
Post No.12: Between 21 to 30 Years.
Post No.13: 18-32 years as on 6-1-2016.
Upper age limit relaxation is 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ ST, 10 years for PwD (15 years for SC/ ST, 13 years for OBC candidates) and others as per Govt. of India.
Educational Qualification:
Post No.1: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife or equivalent qualification for male nurse.
Post No.2: Degree in pharmacy/ Sr. Secondary with Diploma in pharmacy.
Post No.3, 6 to 10: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized
Board specialization in trend.
Post No.4, 11: Senior Secondary/ 10+2 with Science or equivalent qualification.
Post No.5, 14: Senior Secondary/ 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Diploma in MLT.
Post No.12: 10+2 or equivalent qualification.
Post No.13: Degree in Science or Sr. Secondary/ 10+2 or equivalent.
Post No.15: Degree/ Diploma in social work from a Central Govt./ State government/ AICTE recognized Institution.

Last Date for Generation of SBI Challan for Payment of Fee: 6-1-2016 up to 5:00 p.m
Last Date for Payment of Fee: 12-1-2016.
